Your business will be provided with rack space in the Adam Internet Data Centre and connect at speeds of up to 100Mbps. Your equipment will be physically in the same cabinets as the Adam Internet servers. This service offers a base 3RU cabinet space and is upgradable to suit your requirements. This facility offers access to an Adam Internet staff member during business hours and is by appointment only. We also offer one emergency visit per month as part of this service. This location is under video surveillance.

EZBiz Shared 24/7

Your business will be provided with rack space in the AdNAP premises, which is connected directly to the main Adam Internet Data Centre. This facility offers 24/7 client access via secure magnetic key card, security PIN and video surveillance. Your servers will be housed within standard cabinets and will share these cabinets with other Adam Internet clients who have purchased the Shared 24/7 option. This service offers a base 10RU cabinet space (450x450x450mm) and is height upgradable to suit your requirements.

EZBiz Dedicated 24/7
Your business will be provided with your own dedicated cage within our 24/7 facility in the Adelaide CBD. The caged areas vary in size depending on client requirements and can be fitted with your choice of cabinet fixtures at a small additional cost (or you can provide your own). This facility offers 24/7 client access via secure magnetic key card, security PIN and video surveillance. Your equipment will be housed within your own caged area, which is only accessible using the key provided to you by Adam Internet. Your equipment will not be accessible by any other clients using our 24/7 option.

Domain Name Secondary Hosting
Included in all of Adam Internet's Co-Location services is the facility to have a secondary DNS host provided for your own domain name. Should you require Adam Internet to provide primary and secondary hosting, this can be added to your account at the rate of $60 per year per domain name.

Responsibilities
Generally speaking, the client is responsible for the provisioning and maintenance of all equipment placed by them into Adam Internet facilities. Adam Internet is responsible for the provision of power, UPS, network circuits and for ensuring that the facility is secure and environmentally controlled. Clients are responsible for the security of their own equipment and also for insuring their equipment against any type of loss.

Security
The Adam Internet Data Centre and 24/7 Facility are both protected by monitored alarm systems. Both facilities are fitted with closed circuit cameras which monitor not only the facilities but also the entrance to the building, elevators and stairwells. This ensures that any access to the facilities is recorded, which adds to your peace of mind that your equipment is 100% safe with Adam Internet.

Environmental Control
The Adam Internet Data Centre and 24/7 Facility are all environmentally controlled by industrial air-conditioning equipment, which keeps the facilities at an ideal temperature.

Data Billing
All service options above include a monthly data allowance. This data allowance is based on incoming traffic, with your outgoing allowance data being free of charge up to a ratio of 1:8. This means that for every 1MB of incoming data you are allowed per month, you may have 8MB outgoing data at no cost. Any incoming data that exceeds the allowed ratio will simply be added to your data quota for the month and billed as excess if required. As data prices are subject to variations by upstream providers, data prices are fixed for 30 days.

Emergency Resets / After Hours Access
If your equipment is hosted via the “EZBiz Co-Location” service option, you are allowed access by appointment during business hours only. Should you require after hours access to this facility, the charges are a $110 callout fee + $110 per hour to be accompanied by an Adam Internet staff member. Clients with this service are also entitled to one “Emergency Reset” per month, which would see an Adam Internet staff member simply “reset” your server(s) in the event of failure. Any additional emergency resets required will be at our normal callout rate of $110 per hour or part thereof. Naturally, clients with the shared or dedicated 24/7 service do not need to consider these scenarios, as the client will have their own access to the facilities.
